These terms cover using this website and the shape of an engagement with FlowState IT. Anything specific to your project is set out in a written proposal, which takes precedence over this summary.
Using this site
This site and its AI-Readiness Scorecard are provided for information. The scorecard’s output is an honest reflection of your own answers against the standard shown, not a guarantee of a specific result or a formal audit.
How an engagement works
Work begins with Stage 0 — a Discovery & Technical Audit at a fixed fee, credited against the build if you proceed. The build then runs in phases with written acceptance criteria agreed before each begins; you approve each phase before the next starts, and you can stop at any phase boundary.
The 90-day defect warranty
Every build ships with a 90-day post-launch defect warranty: any defect against the agreed acceptance criteria found within 90 days of launch is fixed at no cost — critical issues within 4 business hours, major issues within 2 business days.
Ownership and IP
On full payment you receive full IP assignment of what we build for you — the code, configuration, and documentation are yours. You are never locked in or held hostage to us to keep your own system running.
Pricing and approvals
Typical production SaaS engagements run £50,000–£150,000 depending on scope, integrations, and compliance depth; the exact scope and price for your project are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins. You are invoiced per phase and approve each phase before you pay, and 100% of the IP is assigned to you on payment.
